We have partnered with these hotels in hopes to make your stay in Manhattan comfortable with all the amenities of home. The hotels below each have agreement rate with us for our courses and we hope that you will give them a try. IGP Institute Negotiated Rates are not guaranteed if your course does not have a room block.

Bluemont Hotel 1212 Bluemont Ave. Manhattan, KS 66502 Phone: 1-785-473-7091 IGP Institute Negotiated Rate (Includes hot breakfast): $95.00 per night plus tax. The Bluemont Hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan conveniently across the street from the famous Aggieville district and Kansas State University. Amenities include a 24-hour business room and standard internet services with free printer, copier and fax machine on site.

Hilton Garden Inn 410 South 3rd Street Manhattan, KS 66502 Phone: 1-785-532-9116 IGP Institute Negotiated Rate (Includes hot breakfast): $95.00 per night plus tax. The Hilton Garden Inn is located downtown with many attractions including shopping, restaurants and the Discovery Center. A shuttle service to the Manhattan Regional Airport is provided from 6 am to 10 pm (24-hour notice required)

Holiday Inn Manhattan at the Campus 1641 Anderson Ave. Manhattan, KS 66502 Phone: 1-785-539-7531 IGP Institute Negotiated Rate (Includes hot breakfast): $94.00 per night plus tax. The Holiday Inn Manhattan at the Campus is within walking distance to Kansas State University and located near historic Aggieville. Complimentary roundtrip Manhattan Regional Airport shuttle service is available upon request.

Courses with a room block

Most of our courses will have a room block at one of our partner hotels. This information will be included in the welcome email participants will receive after registration. If you are enrolled in a course with a room block we will arrange a hotel shuttle to and from IGP for you.

Courses without a room block

If your course does not have a block of rooms dedicated to your course (i.e. Grain Elevator Managers and FSMA) then when you call the below properties please tell them you are our guest and ask for the IGP Institute rate. The rate for non-block courses is granted on the availability of rooms and the activities happening during the course time frame (i.e. KSU football weekend). If your course does not have a room block shuttle service may not be provided by the hotel.

Additional Hotel Information

Please mention the IGP Institute and the name of the course when making hotel reservations. Also, include your preference of a double or single room and smoking or non-smoking room. If cancellation is necessary, contact the hotel(s) at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges on your account.

Hotel reservations should be made at least five weeks prior to the start of the course. The special group rate and rooms may not be available after that time.

Please refer to the specific course for specific dates and other hotel stays required.

Field trip hotel information is determined within four weeks of the start of each course. Registrants will receive information on which hotel to contact for making reservations at the field trip hotel(s).
