Bio Brief
Michael Moore joined the Department of Grain Science and Industry in 2011 as an Instructor/Bakery Operations Manager. He assists with teaching bakery and cereal science courses and manages the flour and dough lab. Prior to joining the department he was the director of production management at the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and quality assurance manager for The Pillsbury Company.
