Hotel, meals and other personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility.

A block of hotel rooms will be available to you at a special group rate. Please mention the IGP Institute and the name of the course when making hotel reservations. Also, include your preference of a double or single room and smoking or non-smoking room. If cancellation is necessary, contact the hotel(s) at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges on your account.
Hotel reservations should be made at least five weeks prior to the start of the course. The special group rate and rooms may not be available after that time.

Field trip hotel information is determined within four weeks of the start of each course. Registrants will receive information on which hotel to contact for making reservations at the field trip hotel(s).
