Below is a list of preferred hotels. Meals and other personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility.
Courtesy charging station and refreshments will be provided at the IGP Institute during the course.
Hilton Garden Inn
The Hilton Garden Inn is located downtown with many attractions including shopping, restaurants and the Discovery Center. A shuttle service to the Manhattan Regional Airport is provided from 6 am to 10 pm (24-hour notice required).
Holiday Inn Manhattan at the Campus
The Holiday Inn Manhattan at the Campus is within walking distance to Kansas State University and located near historic Aggieville. Complimentary roundtrip Manhattan Regional Airport shuttle service is available upon request.
The Bluemont Hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan conveniently across the street from the famous Aggieville district and Kansas State University. Amenities include a 24 business room and standard internet services with free printer, copier and fax machine onsite.
Please mention the IGP Institute and the name of the course when making hotel reservations. Also, include your preference of a double or single room and smoking or non-smoking room. If cancellation is necessary, contact the hotel(s) at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges on your account.
Hotel reservations should be made at least five weeks prior to the start of the course. The special group rate and rooms may not be available after that time.

Field trip hotel information is determined within four weeks of the start of each course. Registrants will receive information on which hotel to contact for making reservations at the field trip hotel(s).
